Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant/Lister looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, family-run Estate Agency in Chelmsford, Essex? Hawk Personnel are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a minimum of 12 months experience in residential lettings to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate tenancy agreements, striving to achieve the best possible terms for both landlords and tenants.
- Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on property viewings, tenant feedback, and rental market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant lettings legislation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Actively seek out new landlords and build relationships with property owners to expand the rental portfolio.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the agency by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local rental market in Essex.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with landlords and tenants.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a passion for the property industry.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
