On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in North Cheam, Surrey, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing lease agreements, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit returns
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
