Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
OTE: Around £60,000

About the role
This is a high?energy role in a regional lettings office handling a strong pipeline of tenant enquiries and landlord instructions. You will be responsible for viewings, offers, referencing, tenancy set?up and landlord relationship management. Targets are clear and earnings are uncapped for those who deliver.

Key responsibilities

Run and convert high volumes of viewings; manage offers to completion.
Progress tenancies through referencing, right?to?work checks and paperwork.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
Develop landlord relationships to grow instructions and repeat business.
Deliver against weekly and monthly targets in a busy environment.

Person spec

Proven experience in lettings or high?tempo sales environment desirable.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and hit targets consistently.
Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining compliance records.
Right to work in the UK.
