On behalf of a franchised Estate Agents based in Stansted, Essex, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Sales Negotiator/Trainee Sales Negotiator to join the team.
As a residential Sales Negotiator you will be expected to manage applicants and generate a sales result.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation
- Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
We are looking for the Sales Negotiator to:
- Posses strong negotiation skills with a passion for sales
- Hold a valid full Driving License and have access to your own Vehicle
