Our client is a well established, independent estate agency in North London and they are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Administrator to support its busy sales and lettings teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient support across all areas of branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with compliance, contracts, and client communications
- Maintaining internal systems and ensuring records are up to date and audit-ready
- Liaising with clients, landlords, and tenants to provide timely updates and assistance
- Assisting with marketing materials, property listings, and diary management

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in property administration or a similar office-based role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided if needed)
