Hawk Personnel, a reputable and well-established family-run Estate Agency in Essex, is seeking a skilled and motivated Branch Manager. With a team of award-winning property recruitment consultants, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to generate leads for Sales and Lettings.
  2. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Conduct regular staff 1-2-1s and implement effective training plans.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high business standards.
  5. Oversee day-to-day office operations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Proven sales track record with previous experience in the Estate Agency field (current employment in Estate Agency not mandatory).
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs).
  3. Willingness to pursue Estate Agency Qualifications if not already obtained.
  4. Possess a clean driving licence with business use car insurance.
