Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
OTE: Around £60,000

About the role
Join a busy suburban lettings team as a Lettings Negotiator working from a well?established local branch. You will run viewings, convert enquiries into offers, handle referencing and paperwork, and act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. This is a hands?on, commercially focused role where energy, organisation and exceptional customer service are rewarded.

Key responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and cultivate strong conversion rates.
Negotiate terms with landlords and tenants and progress tenancies through referencing and checks.
Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
Keep the CRM up to date and report on pipeline activity.
Build relationships with local landlords to drive new instructions and retention.
Meet weekly and monthly lettings targets.

Person spec

Experience in lettings, estate agency sales, or a customer?facing sales role preferred.
Confident running viewings and negotiating offers.
Organised, proactive and able to manage several live lets at once.
Comfortable with CRM systems and compliant record keeping.
Right to work in the UK.
