About the role
Work from a boutique town branch handling high?quality lettings and premium properties. The role blends relationship building with commercial delivery: you’ll host viewings, manage offers and paperwork, and act as the trusted contact for landlords and tenants seeking a personalised service.

Key responsibilities

Host and manage viewings for a premium lettings portfolio.
Convert enquiries, negotiate terms and progress tenancies through referencing and compliance checks.
Prepare tenancy agreements and manage documentation accurately.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates to management.
Nurture landlord relationships and support branch growth.

Person spec

Experience in lettings, prime property or client?facing sales helpful.
Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable delivering a high level of customer service and managing tenancies end?to?end.
Proficient with CRM systems and compliant record keeping.
Right to work in the UK.
