Location: Islington
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
OTE: Up to £50,000

About the role
Join a busy, people?first lettings team as a Lettings Negotiator working from a vibrant Islington office. You will manage new and existing tenancies, progress offers, conduct viewings, and build relationships with landlords and applicants to deliver smooth, timely lettings. This is a hands?on, target?driven role where excellent service and commercial awareness are equally rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and manage property viewings; convert enquiries into offers.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants and progress tenancies through referencing and checks.
• Prepare and issue tenancy paperwork, ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords to grow instruction and retention.
• Hit weekly and monthly lettings targets while delivering high standards of customer service.

About you

• Previous experience in lettings, property sales, or a customer?facing sales role is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident running viewings and converting offers.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple live cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping accurate records.
• Right to work in the UK.
