Key Responsibilities
- Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations across residential sales

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a fast-paced agency
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional, well presented, and confident in client facing situations
- Self motivated and target driven, with a passion for property
- Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
