Key Responsibilities

- Conducting property viewings, valuations, and negotiations
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generating new instructions through canvassing and local networking
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting the team with marketing, lead follow-up, and diary management

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in residential sales or a strong customer-facing background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, well-presented, and confident in client interactions
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine interest in property
- Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
