On behalf of a large independent estate agents based in Kent, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based in Lenham, Kent.

The Package:
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary:£27,000-£29,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Realistic Earnings (including commission & Uncapped): £40,000 - £45,000
Work Pattern: 5 days over 7

Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome and build relationships with customers
Help customers find their dream home
Present relevant products and services
Identify potential leads and refer clients to the right colleagues
Communicate and liaise with developers (our clients)
