On behalf of a large independent estate agents with offices across S/E London & Kent, Hawk Personnel is looking for a Lettings Manager for their office in Lee.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lettings and a passion for providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and driving the success of our rental portfolio.

Duties

- Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee the marketing of rental properties, including conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices in property management.
