On behalf of this company, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Lettings File Progressor to work on a part time basis.

The Lettings File Progressor would have the following duties:

- Pre-tenancy documentation
- Tenant Referencing
- Pre-tenancy checks
- Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
- Arranging Safety Certs (GSI, PAT, ESI etc)
- Coordinating Pre move in works 
- Responsible for overseeing the referencing process for prospective tenants
- Handling queries from Tenants, Landlords, and other business on running files only.

Salary Pro Rata £32,000PA & hours 10-3 Monday – Friday, but flexible to this.
