On behalf of the company, Hawk Personnel are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a minimum of 6 months experience in residential lettings to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, handling the entire lettings process from property marketing to tenancy agreements.
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Respond to tenant enquiries, providing accurate information about available properties and rental terms.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements, striving to achieve the best possible terms for both landlords and tenants.
- Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on property viewings, tenant feedback, and rental market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant lettings legislation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Actively seek out new landlords and build relationships with property owners to expand the rental portfolio.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the agency by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local rental market in Essex.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with landlords and tenants.
- Proven track record of achieving lettings targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a passion for the property industry.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
