On behalf of a large independent estate agents with offices across S/E London & Kent, Hawk Personnel is looking for a Lettings Manager for their Plumstead office. 

Applicants should have knowledge of rental valuations and negotiations. We require confident self-starters who are experienced in the complex and fast-paced lettings environment. Lettings presents exciting challenges, so successful applicants must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of the Reapit software system would be a distinct advantage, as would the achievement of gaining the Technical Award in Residential Letting.
