Sales Negotiator

A great opportunity for an established independent estate agents based in Theydon Bois. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities

- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
- Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.

Key Skills and Experience

- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Enthusiasm and drive.
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.

BASIC + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION
Basic £18,000 - £23,000 D.O.E
OTE £40,000 - £45,000
