On behalf of a large independent agency based in Kent, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Sales Manager (Shared Ownership).
The company has a very successful and expanding Land & New Homes division. They are now recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead the Shared Ownership team to help (usually) first time buyers get their first step on the property ladder. Covering the Kent area this is a front-line customer facing role on behalf of the Shared Ownership/Housing Association schemes.
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped)
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends for events/open days)
Hours: 08.30 17:30

Duties will include:
- Dealing with initial enquiries from customers, processing applications and helping them on to the property ladder
- Explaining details of the Shared Ownership schemes together with requirements and eligibilities
- Accompanying viewings and open day events at varying new homes sites across the two counties
- Conducting handovers to customers on move in days
- Conducting property valuations
- Focused to lead and manage the performance of the team
- Building and maintaining relationships with local Housing Associations
They need you to be:
- Genuinely interested in helping people move forwards in their lifes journey
- Highly customer service focussed with a desire to succeed
- Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
- Professional, organised and the ability to multitask
- A positive can do attitude with good work values and ethics
- A good knowledge of the Shared Ownership process would be beneficial
- Previous experience within Estate Agency Essential
- Competent with all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
