On behalf of a large independent estate agents based in Kent, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based in Faversham, Kent.

Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £25,000
On Target Earnings: £40,000
Work Pattern: 5 day working week – Tuesday – Saturday – 10am – 5pm

What will you do every day?

- Meeting and greeting customers establishing great relationships and “Helping” our customers make their dream move
- Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services
- Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues
- Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers (Our Customers)

What you’ll offer!

- Experience of working on New Homes sales(essential)
- Be the “Go-to” person for both clients and developers
- Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers
- Naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic
- You’ll be able to think on your feet and be flexible
- A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets

You will be working alongside one of our Premium Developer partners, based at Faversham Lakes in a setting embraced by nature. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to sell truly beautifully designed homes which offers exceptional lakeside living. We would love to hear from anyone who has previously worked in New Homes or someone who is an Estate Agent currently but is keen to get into New Homes sales.
