Sales Manager – Walthamstow
Location: Walthamstow
Salary: £25,000 basic plus commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000)
Car Allowance: £3,000 or Company Car
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays (2 on / 1 off)

Hawk Personnel is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a respected and growing property business based in Walthamstow. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, delivering professional advice and excellent service to clients
- Value and market properties to achieve the best possible price
- Work closely with your team to match buyers to suitable properties
- Build and maintain relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other industry professionals
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach
- Support the Branch Manager in motivating, coaching, and managing the sales team

About You
We are looking for a confident, target-driven individual with:

- Proven experience in residential property sales and valuations
- A track record of converting valuations into instructions and successful sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, energetic approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to help others succeed
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
